I suppose one could say that books are a passion of mine. I enjoy reading and I enjoy having plenty of books around me to read. My roommates have often times indicated to me that I have too many books. I simply can not help it, I love books. I am hoping to share some of my learning experiences as well as my opinions of books I have read here. The idea is that I will read books, provide a review of the books, and work on articles that deal with topics of some of those books.
The articles, of course, will be in the articles section. I will be linking to the reviews that I have of the books I have used in those individual articles. In the reviews, I am providing links to
Barnes & Noble as I believe that B&N is an excellent bookseller to deal with. I want to make it easy for those of you that decide you would like to get a copy of a book that I have written about. My main goal is to share good books with others and to share what I have learned from those books.
There should eventually be a number of reviews of books on all manners of subjects. I have somewhat eclectic tastes. I am a Computer Science major in college, so there will certainly be computer books of differing types. Also, I have long held an interest in the study of cryptology--the creation and analysis of codes and ciphers--so there will be a few books relating to cryptology. I am fascinated by the world of finance, investing, and the like, so books of that nature are also on my list to be reviewed. Among other subjects are: Physical Sciences, Novels, and Mathematics.
I hope that you enjoy the information that is here and that you may find a book you enjoy. Feel free to
contact me regarding any books that you feel I should review or to simply share comments on reviews or books that you have enjoyed. I look forward to sharing with you what I am learning from the books I am reading.
I have two main lists of books:
The books that I am currently reading are (in no particular order):
